The heat has been so intense, yet we still need to do our best to look put together at work. Prisca Beauty and Cosmetics Perfect Cover Cream acts like a sunblock and foundation in one, with SPF45++ and a natural tint. I put this on in the morning after applying Prisca Youthful Cream, and set with translucent powder. Some may know that my job requires me to be on a construction site several days a week. While trying out these products, I was amazed to find that even if I had perspired a lot from being on field, my face still didn’t get greasy or cakey.
CanMake Lip and Cheek Gel
Although this is meant to be dual purpose, I’ve only been using this on my cheeks. It’s the one blush that’s been in my bag throughout a busy month. Two blended pats per cheek are all that’s needed for a long-wearing translucent flush. It’s pretty much goof-proof if you are always in a hurry and/or think you have no skill in makeup. The shade 07 looks so natural on me it looks just like my natural flush, but less splotchy.
Lorac Pro Palette
This bestselling palette is a favorite among professional makeup artists and beauty addicts alike. It’s one of the most heavily used in my collection. I have to put it out of rotation or my other palettes may never get opened. I wore this almost every day last month while it was in rotation, particularly the shades Garnet and Champagne from the lower (shimmer) row and Taupe, Mauve and Sable from the upper (matte) row. Despite the use this gets, I still haven’t hit pan on any shades. It’s so pigmented you have to be careful dabbing your eyeshadow brush into each square.
