"BIKOY", the hooded man in the series of videos entitled “Ang Totoong Narcolist” surfaced on Monday, May 6, at the office of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in Pasig City and sought legal assistance.
Peter Joemel Advincula claimed he was the Bikoy in the video clips, according to IBP national president Abdiel Fajardo.
“Kailangan ko ng abogado para i-submit ang aking sinumpaang salaysay at tulungan akong magsampa ng kaso laban sa mga miyembro ng sindikato na pinangalanan ko sa video seryeng ‘Ang Totoong Narcolist’,” Advincula said in a statement.
“Ito ay pinangungunahan nina Paolo Duterte, Christopher "Bong" Tesoro Go, at Maneses Carpio, na asawa ni Sara Duterte ng Davao Group, at ang buong Quadrangle Group na galing sa Bicol,” he added.
He stressed that that he is not connected to any politician or political party. Neither does he know Rodel Jayme, the alleged creator of the website where Bikoy’s videos were uploaded.
Jayme was arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation last week.
He said the Liberal Party may have been behind the videos as the persons who contracted him to create the website was their supporter.
Advincula said he is also not related to any of the media personalities named in a matrix of individuals allegedly involved in a plot to oust the President.
“Nagdesisyon akong lumabas dahil una - meron banta sa aking buhay. Ikalawa- dahil sa tawag ng konsensya. Nakikita ko ang pagwasak ng pamilya na dulot ng droga na kung saan naging bahagi ako sa pagpapakalat nito nuong miyembro pa ako ng sindikato. Panahon na upang puksain ang pamamayagpag ng sindikatong ito,” he said.
(I decided to come out because, firstly, I have received a death threat. Secondly, I am bothered by my conscience. I have seen how illegal drugs destroy a family and I was partly responsible for the distribution of illegal drugs. It is time to stop this syndicate.)
Advincula insisted that Paolo Duterte and Go, a former Special Assistant to the President, have dragon tattoos on their back with codes for being among the members of the syndicate.
“Bahagi po ng gawain ng aming team ay ang pag-scan ng mga codes na nakaukit sa tattoo ng mga senior members ng sindikato tulad nina Paolo Duterte at Bong Go. Pinapadala ito sa financial controller ng sindikato na naka-base sa Hongkong upang ma validate ang mga transakyon,” he said.
“Ilang beses din na ako mismo ang nag-i-scan ng code sa tattoo ni Bong Go kaya tinitiyak ko po sa inyo na may dragon tattoo siya pati na rín si Paolo Duterte,” he added.
Advincula said he was jailed in 2012 over charges of estafa which stemmed from a document that the syndicate asked him to sign.
He said he decided to mend his ways when he was released from jail in 2016.
“Nguni't sa kasamaang palad, sa isang pagtitipon ng aming kumpanya ay nagging panauhin si Bong Go. Namukhaan nya ako. Simula nuon ay ginigipit na ako ng may-ari ng kumpanya, hanggang sa isang araw ay sinabihan ako ng katrabaho ko na mabuti pang umalis na ako dahil nanganganib na ang buhay ko,” he said.
Advincula said he had been in hiding since August 2018.
He said he is willing to face any investigation.
Bikoy said he was a former member of a drug syndicate and his primary task was to keep transaction records also known as “tara”, which shows how much money is allotted for each leader.
Among the leaders based on Bikoy’s tara list were Duterte’s son Paolo and son-in-law Manases Carpio who was allegedly using his brother Waldo as a dummy.
He also said Veronica, Duterte’s youngest daughter and her mother Honeylet Avancena were also among the “beneficiaries” of the drug money which is being deposited through an international account based in Hong Kong. (SunStar Philippines)
