DRIVEN by its vision of reimagining the country and commitment to nation building, prime real estate developer, Federal Land, through its master brand, Horizon Land, is fast-tracking its developments in Pasay, Manila, and Cavite to fulfill the high demand for quality homes in these emerging areas.

In the Bay Area, Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City, Horizon Land continues the construction of Palm Beach West, a four-tower resort-inspired residential community. Early this year, the development celebrated the concrete pouring ceremony for the fourth tower, Baler.

Palm Beach West is located within Federal Land’s sprawling 40 hectare mixed-use development, The Metro Park, which is home to resort-style condominiums, commercial buildings, as well as lifestyle centers for shopping, dining and recreation.

Matching the charm and tropical vibe of its location, Palm Beach West features a warm and relaxed design, and family-friendly amenities and facilities. Its four 18-storey towers are nestled on a 7,937-square-meter parcel of land, housing a total of 912units. Baler will have 236 units comprised of studio, one bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom variations. The entire community is integrated via a podium and basement designed to give residents access to the commercial establishments to be built at the ground level. The Baler Tower is set for completion in 2022.

In Manila, Horizon Land is set to complete its eight-tower condominium situated in a 2.1-hectare land in Paco, Manila -- Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes.

A special ceremony was held recently to mark the groundbreaking and construction kick off of the development’s last tower -- Mimosa.

Mimosa Tower stands 20 storeys high and features 240 units. While located in the midst of one of Manila’s most bustling areas, Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes offers tranquil garden dwellings in a safe, gated community and enough space for relaxing and bonding with loved ones. The Mimosa Tower is targeted to be fully constructed by 2021.

Construction is also in full swing for Florida Sun Estates, a Mediterranean inspired integrated community in General Trias Cavite, combining clustered house and lots, walk-up condominiums, as well as a commercial complex.

Recently, Horizon Land led the groundbreaking of Florida Sun Estates’ Orlando Model House Cluster, showcasing its three house models -- the 131 square meters (sqm) 2-storey single detached unit, Madison; the 126 sqm 2-storey single attached unit, Lauren; and the 86 sqm Bungalow unit, Holly. These horizontal homes comprise Florida Sun Estates’ 29,123 sqm Orlando phase, completing the final piece of the development’s 6 phases including Miami, Jacksonville, Tampa, and its walk-up condominiums, Oriental Garden Residences.

Shortly after, Horizon Land began the construction of Sarasota, which is the amenity area of the Orlando phase. Sarasota incorporates the clubhouse, swimming pool, a basketball court and a play area.

All of these developments are master-planned communities ideal for families, young professionals, retirees, business owners, or immigrants -- different types of home buyers seeking to settle in a safe and well-designed neighborhood while staying close to the city center where business hubs, educational institutions, medical facilities, as well as commercial and industrial establishments abound. These presents a wide range of home options to match varying needs and preferences.
