THROUGH the initiatives of the Rotary Club (RC) of Baguio Summer Capital and Rotary Club of Makati, the construction of Toilet Facilities for Barangay Outlook Drive in Baguio City will come into fruition.
The two clubs agreed to work closer for the years to come to serve humanity through joint service projects that have significant impact concentrating on Rotary’s Six Areas of Focus, among them is water and sanitation.
President Fred Pascual of RC Makati and president Anton Baltazar of the RCBSC called the meeting to order.
This was held last May 7 at The Conservatory, Manila Peninsula Hotel.
After the meeting, RC Makati gave a tour of their headquarters where the first polio drop was administered. This signaled Rotary International’s worldwide End Polio Now campaign.
