A young mom of one and business owner Abigail Abian, 32, clearly understood the importance of women taking care of themselves while doing their responsibilities and obligations. Last year, she opened up Abigail’s Beauty Hub by Drip Fusion located in Door 3, Lim Building Agton St., Toril, Davao City in the hope to give a quality beauty services that every woman deserves.
Among the services they offer are Glutathione Drips or Push; Facial Care which include facial treatment for 45 minutes to an hour, warts removal (cauterization with topical anesthesia), microneedling (acne scars, melasma, pores treatment), korean eyelash lift, eyelash extension; slimming service for face, arm, tummy, LipoCavitation which guaranteed one to two inches loss for waistline and LipoLaser; Hair Removal Services including waxing, threading and IPL laser Hair removal. The hub also offers Nails and Foot Care Services like manicure, pedicure and foot spa.
In just a year, Abigail said she never regretted venturing into the business industry and gave up being a registered nurse. Aside from the privilege to become a full-time mom to her three-year old child and wife to her husband, their life evidently improved.
“There is so much competition when we talk about the beauty industry, especially in the downtown area, so choosing Toril is a strategic idea. We provide our customers of quality services with well-trained staff and maybe that is one reason why we never had a dull moment in the hub. It is more on quality over profit,” she said.
As a way of thanking their clients, the hub gave a 10 to 15 percent discount on all their services yesterday, May 12, during Mother’s Day celebration. The hub is giving away monthly discounts since the business is going well.
“Because it is going well, I now have plans for expansion. One problem in the hub is the lack of parking spaces for my clients so I am working on it. I have plans adding more branches too to accommodate more but I will stick in the south area.
“When I decided to open a business, I learned a lot. When you go to a business, it is long-term so you need to really be patient, not only to your staff, clients, but in everything,” she said.
