Anchor Land's value for money

“ANCHOR Land’s 202 Peaklane is very attractive to investors. It is very easy to sell because of the location and the value for money.”

This was what licensed broker Geneva Irene Rempohito has to say when asked about the experience of selling and promoting the first real estate development of Anchor Land in Davao City.

Rempohito had been a licensed broker since 2015. Ever since, her focus had been on condominium selling. Through the years of selling, she came with points and standards that customers usually are looking for which includes the location and the price.

“Because 202 Peaklane is just a few meters from Ateneo de Davao University, most of the potential clients who approach me to inquire of this project are parents who are looking forward to sending their child in the university in the future. Some who are also interested are those who have plans to have the units rented,” she said, adding that Anchor Land’s being friendly and efficient to investors is also what sets it apart from the other condominium developers here in the city.

Believing so much in the product that she sells, Rempohito purchased a two-single bed unit from 202 Peaklane which she looks forward to turn into an investment in the future.

As a seller and a buyer herself of 202 Peaklane, she believes that the entertainment amenities of the development such as the karaoke room, dance studio, and the game room are just some of the features that make it different and at-edge as compared to its competitors. Aside from the obvious convenience such as its location and the value for money, Rempohito believes that having these special entertainment facilities lure more investors and buyers to check out and purchase a unit or

two.

Indeed, the ability of 202 Peaklane to sell itself even to the real estate brokers is one fact enough to prove how good an investment it would be.
