A LEGAL counsel of peryahan ng bayan was shot dead in Dagupan, Pangasinan Friday morning, May 17.
In an initial report, the police said lawyer Val Crisostomo was gunned down by an unidentified gunman in front of the hall of justice in Dagupan City around 9:45 a.m.
