THE official logo of the National Private Schools Athletic Association (Prisaa) Games 2019 was designed by former SunStar Davao graphics supervisor Karla Degrano.
The logo is a symbol of many things incorporated into one visual.
At first glance, the logo looks like a flaming torch, which symbolizes the athletes desire’ to be globally competitive.
Within the flaming torch is the head of an eagle in an upward position, which signifies all our collective goal and effort in sustaining our athletes to aim high and be globally competitive.
The eagle is carrying the colors of our flag: the blue, the red and the yellow. It symbolizes that our country is being uplifted by the strong desire of our athletes to be known globally in the field of sports.
The polygon shapes formed eagle, signifies the 16 regions in the country that will be joining in the national event.
The three colors: blue symbolizes competence, confidence and positive; red as competitive, passion, strength and sharpness; and yellow as youth, inspire, desire, courage, leader and power.
