A DRUG suspect was arrested by operatives of Police Station 1 in San Juan Street, Barangay 12, in Bacolod City, Monday morning, May 20.
Police identified the suspect as Marvin Gevero, 25, of Barangay Estefania.
Police Major Jovil Sedel, chief of Police Station 1, said Gevero has an arrest warrant for violation of Section 12 of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Eduardo Sayson of Regional Trial Court Branch 54, Bacolod City.
The suspect is detained at the custodial facility of Police Station 1 for failure to post his bail of P40,000. (MAP)
