A GERMAN national was found dead inside his room in Villa Estefania Subdivision, Barangay Estefania, Bacolod City Tuesday evening, May 21, 2019.
Police identified the victim as Reinhold Hans-Werner, 70, of Dormagen, Germany.
Police Major Ariel Pico, spokesperson of Bacolod City Police Office, said the lifeless body of Werner was found by his live-in partner Amy Castillano, 40, of Antique, about 6:45 p.m.
Investigation showed that the victim has a pacemaker in his heart for almost 12 years and was admitted in hospital for several times already.
Police Station 4 also requested the Scene of the Crime Operatives for further investigation. (MAP)
