ON MAY 18 to 20, the Hapiyoh Mi Culture and Arts Center, Inc., headed by its executive director, Dr. Maria Aplaten, successfully delivered books, learning resource materials, educational supplies and clothing to three school recipients affected by typhoon in Tanudan, Kalinga, these are Lubo and Babbanoy Elementary Schools, both located in Lubo Barangay, and Gaang Elementary School in Gaang Barangay.

Donations in kind came from Step Learning Academy, Links Building Bridges for Children, Inc., Baguio City High School Batch 1965, and the Everlasting Gospel Fellowship. Cooperation for transportation, logistics and the workforce made the mission possible.

Thank you to Hapiyoh Mi Gregnor Gumbawan, the brains behind this outreach for his love for Lubo. Also to all the many others who have made this project a success.
