HOMEGROWN developer Santos Land Development Corporation is confident to note that its twin projects, the Ivory Residences Condominium and Obsidian Suites Hotel, are on track.
SantosLand sales and marketing manager Estela Aguilos in an interview with SunStar Davao said that investors of its first vertical project especially on the condominium can still expect for their units to be turned over on schedule.
“We are within our timeline. The delivery is still in December 2020, so they have nearly only two years to wait for their units to be realized,” she said.
She added that on the construction of the project, the Ivory Residences Condominium is already on its 10th floor while Obsidian Suites Hotel just finished the foundation and it’s starting to move up the ground.
The Ivory Residences, as described, is an 18-storey tower with 330 units of various sizes and is capable of housing approximately 120 parking units spread out over three floors.
The amenities building adjacent to the condo has a swimming pool and features a two-story clubhouse and a nice outdoor park that connects to the third floor of Obsidian hotel.
For the 10-story business hotel with a roof deck, it will house 144 rooms ranging from superior, deluxe, junior and executive, themed suites.
There will be different-sized meeting rooms as well as two 50-seater function rooms that can convert into a mid-sized ballroom. There will also be two restaurant outlets, one on the ground floor while the other one is at the roof deck.
For the sales, Aguilos said the project is performing well as it exceeds its target set.
“On sales, so far so good, it’s picking up, a lot of our buyers already had full down payment,” she said.
The first twin development project of SLDC will rise on a 4,700-square meter lot and is expected to be operational by 2020. The project was launched in 2017.
Meanwhile, Aguilos also shared about their upcoming projects that they are now conducting market study.
These are the Laureana Grand Plains in Libby Road Puan; Ilumina Estates 3 in Communal; Asuncion Estates & Don Nicholas Estates in Malagamot, Panacan; and Newtown Park Residences in Lanang.
