THE first animal talent/magazine show in Philippine television is set to hit small screens this Sunday before SOP.
Hosted by host/actress Gelli de Belen and "Panday Kids" stars Julian Trono and Dabrina Man, “Zooperstars” will feature six exciting segments every weekend.
Pet owners will showcase their pets talent's in singing, dancing, counting and more which will be judged by animal experts and celebrities.
The show will also feature Zooper Sikat, a segment wherein the animals of popular personalities will be introduced on TV.
A Lost Pet and Found segment where pet owners can announce their missing pets and be reunited with their pets.
There will be Pet Files too where they will feature all exciting trivias about a certain pet, and Zoopah Pets, stories of remarkable animals, will be showcased.
During the interview of Sun.Star with Gelli, she told us that among all the segments of the show, she rattles on the sixth segment because it will be a Zooprise. A mind-blowing animal will visit the show every week.
According to Gelli, the show will be very helpful, educational, and fun all at the same time.
“May mga questions tayo na hindi naman natin nahahanap sa libro like how often do you feed a guinea pig or a turtle, we tackle that in the show,” she said.
Gellie, who is a proud momma to a two Yorkshire Terrier, said she's looking forward to guest animals from the cats family.
She added that animals like the alligator, crocodile, and rhinoceros will be extreme for her.
“I like anything from the cat family, I'm looking forward talaga for that. The animals we don't usually have the time to interact with," she said.
Gelli meanwhile promises that no viewer will get bore with the show.
“I'm very happy and very thankful with this show na something new. It's something new to me and for the people to watch,” she said. “I'm afraid, excited and masaya, lahat.”
Zooperstars will premiere this Sunday, February 29, at 11:45 a.m. on the Kapuso channel. (Glaiza Jarloc/Sunnex)
