FOUR ladies emerged as winners in the Miss Culture International 2019 Festival Costume and Talent competition held at the Ayala Malls Capitol Central on May 28, 2019.
Stephen Kenneth Eliserio of NEG PH named the winners in the following categories.
The Miss Congeniality Award went to Miss Flora Gracia Siagian of Indonesia.
The Darling of the Press Award went to Miss Jasmine Elliott of Australia.
The Best in Festival Costume Award went to Miss Claire Therese Porras of the Philippines.
And Best in Talent Award went to Miss Crescent Amaka of Nigeria.
The pageant proper will be held at SMX Convention Center on May 31, 2019.
