A BUDDING young artist from Barangay Bata, Bacolod City shared his passion for the art through his tattoo painting.

He honed his love for the arts when he was still in his elementary years, starting from the use of ballpen up to the time that he already painted it on somebody’s arm and other conspicuous body parts.

Adrian Alban Meres, the tattoo artist shared that he is still young when it comes to tattoo painting as he just had the confidence to start last August 3, 2018.

He started painting designs like Polynesian, cartoons and those anchored on realism.

He too had his tattoo painted by another artist and that led him to start his own.

“The pain was worth (it) when the tattoo was done, seeing my own design already tattooed on my body and I love it,” he said.

Everything started with a joke, but he mastered guts so that he can start the tattoo painting on somebody else.

And it went well. People started to come to him for tattoo painting.

He was amazed because there were persons with disability who made an effort to look for him for tattoo painting.

He will continue to do more so that he can master other designs and styles.
