A DEAD body was found at a far flung area of Poso 3, Hacienda San Jose, Barangay Guadalupe, San Carlos City, May 29, 2019.
The victim was identified as Diomelito Alburo, 39, and a resident of the place.
Based on police report, the victim was found lying inside his nipa hut.
The cadaver was immediately brought to St. Francis Funeral Home and requested for post mortem examination to determine the cause of death.
Meanwhile on the same day, one person died of a traffic accident around 3:30 p.m. in Sitio Guintubdan, Barangay Ara-al, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
The victim was identified as Fulgencio Soriano, 75, widower and a resident of Barangay Miranda, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
Based on police report, the victim together with his relatives was riding a tricycle on their way home from a resort after they had a get together party.
While descending on the curved road, the tricycle driver lost control and bumped the steel railings.
The victim was thrown away from the tricycle.
He was brought by the local rescue team to the hospital at La Carlota City but was declared dead on arrival.
Other passengers of the tricycle were brought to different hospital to undergo medical treatment. (TDE)
