Cadiogan tops BCC monthly golf tourney

AARON Cadiogan shot a net of 54.4 points as he outclassed seasoned golfers to emerge the overall champion in the recently concluded Baguio Country Club (BCC) monthly golf tournament.

Using the Peoria scoring system, Cadiogan had a gross of 80 points in the one-day competition for local parbusters.

Topping class A in the members division is Franco Aoyong with a net of 64.4 with Jaime Delos Santos and Ely Lagman settling for third.

In Class B, Jun Tabanda fired 56.8 points to rule the division while Jeff Acop settled for second and Ed Basbas in third.

In the men’s guest division, Frank Ram scored 59.8 points as he bagged the title in Class A while Patricio Eswag and Fred Sab-it finished second and third, respectively.

Cesar Valencia netted 58.4 to rule Class B while Bert Talco is in second place and Nachor Baucas in third place.

Nida Whybrow bagged the championship in Class A of the ladies member’s division with her 61.8 edging Beth Patterson who settled for second place while Mel Donato scored 55.2 to top Class B as Letty Baquilar and Rose Silverman came in second and third, respectively.

Sharon De Leon shot 65.4 as she topped the guest ladies division while Epi Geston and Dee Parker were second and third, respectively.

Cesar Valencia bagged the nearest to the pin honors while Ely Lagman took home the most accurate drive plum as Edwin Ganga earned the longest drive award.
