Here’s a few shots on the more notable tech news from the past week.
There’s iOS 13, new hardware, the reported end of the iTunes era. Lots to look forward to at the next Apple WWDC. I’m curious to know how things will turn out when they break apart iTunes into separate apps for music and tv. Although, there’s already news about the most recent refresh of the Macbook Pros, I’m not too keen in checking that out. I still have my own misgivings about the laptops. I am hoping though for any news about the Mac Pro. Will there ever be an update to the “trash can”?

What’s up with WhatsApp?
I’ve been seeing articles about WhatsApp and alternative apps on my news feeds lately. I’m not sure what’s going on but it could be possibly in relation to Facebook’s privacy concerns. And if you’re concerned about it, maybe it’s time to switch over to another messaging app. And make sure to bring your friends with you over.
I found this article from Lifehacker. It’s published early this year but the info still is as current as it can be.
100TB of storage. How’s that sound?
That’s a lot of photos and movies and other stuff to cram inside a storage device. Attach said device to a laptop and you have a studio already. I’d like to have this setup for myself here at home. But for now, you and I will just have to wipe our drools off our faces as Linus demos this in this video.
