MABALACAT City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo has vowed to implement programs that uplift the living conditions of his poor constituents.

Speaking at the flag raising rites on Monday, June 3, the newly-reelected mayor said these programs are expected to provide food on the table of every family in this component city.

"Pagkain sa hapag kainan ng bawat maralitang mamamayan sa Siyudad ng Mabalacat," Garbo said.

Aside from health, Garbo said his administration will also work on livelihood and employment programs.

Garbo at the same time revealed that City Government's revenues are going up.

He said the City Government collected more than P300 million during the first quarter of 2019 from taxes in Clark Freeport.

He said the city officials were surprised as they are only expecting more than P100 million collection during the first quarter.

"This is the first time in the history of collection in Mabalacat City," he said.
