Marañon, in his speech, said this is a big chance given to the students as this system of training is what made countries like Germany progress in the field of electromechanics.

The dual training system is a two-year personal training divided into six months theories and eighteen months industry placement that upon graduation will produce high quality and globally competitive electromechanics technicians.

Marañon challenged the scholars to be good examples to the succeeding batches, as there will be 380 more slots that will be opened to whoever is willing to avail it.

"Never forget to pray and ask God for guidance and strength. Thank Him for choosing you to be a part of this once in a lifetime opportunity to study and help your families in the future," he added.

The Negros Occidental Scholarship Program Division is still looking for male high school graduates who are residents of Negros Occidental, 17-22 years old, no tattoos/piercings and are interested in studying electromechanics at the DualTech Training Center. (PR)
