ILOILO City-- A teenager was bitten by a rat while inside cinema 5 of SM City Iloilo, Wednesday afternoon, June 5, 2019.
The incident happened at 5:50 pm when the boy entered the cinema to watch a movie.
The police report said, the victim was about to sit down when he was bitten by a rat.
He shouted inside the cinema causing concerns from the movie goers.
In a statement, the SM Cinema acknowledge the incident. It deployed an Emergency Responder Team to conduct first aid to the victim.
The team also brought the victim to the nearest hospital for medical treatment.
The SM Cinema said it is now conducting an investigation regarding the said incident. (SunStar Philippines)
