CAGAYAN de Oro-based group of professional hair and make-up artists #TeamAmega reached new heights in the field of beauty industry as it officially opened its fashion studio Eclectic Image Fashion Studio last Saturday, June 8.
Located along MH Del Pilar Street, this city, #TeamAmega’s haven of glam and style ventures on events, organizing or coordination, fashion designing, and pageant training.
Known for its distinct methods, beliefs, and ideas in the field of hair and make-up artistry and in the fashion industry, #TeamAmega combines whatever seems to be the best from many different aspects or styles rather than following a single style. Thus the team’s concept has always been eclectic, Jeffrey “Jie-Jie” Aisa, founder of #TeamAmega, said.
The dictionary defines “eclectic” as selecting what appears to be the best in various doctrines, methods or styles. This makes #TeamAmega, according to Aisa, a standout from among the many glam teams that have emerged in the city and region.
“Beyond just a team of more than 20 professional hair and make-up artists, #TeamAmega has become a family joined together by one common goal which is to steer the group towards thriving career to be able to support their individual families,” Aisa said.
He added that the team’s core purpose is to offer help to Kagay-anons and MIndanaoans in general in making their special occasions even more memorable with their events organizing and coordination, provide them with the best hair and make-up services as well as gowns, cocktail dresses, and men’s formal wear customized and rentals.
The teams also boasts its beauty camp called #TeamAmegaBeauties, offering pageant training focusing on public speaking (question and answer), parasela walk, and personality development; hair styling; and make-up training.
In fact, Miss Teen Philippines 2019 Nikki de Moura and Miss Silka Mindanao 2018 Reshia Go are products of #TeamAmegaBeauties. Miss Cagayan de Oro 2019 candidates Vincy Vacalares and Tasha Yalung are also trained under the aforementioned team.
The beauty camp is open to men and women who want to venture into the world of pageantry.
