ANGELES City Mayor-Elect Carmelo Lazatin Jr. had a dialogue with Korean Ambassador to the Philippines Dong-Man Han, Pampanga Governor Lilia Pineda and Pampanga Vice Governor Delta Pineda to discuss the Korean business sector's concerns over business taxes, security, and peace and order.
