CEBUANO MMA warrior Allan Albindo fell short in his international and pro debut after a unanimous decision defeat to Indian Manthan Rane in Rich Franklin’s ONE Warrior Series (OWS) last June 20, 2019 in Singapore.
Rane had Albindo in trouble several times but the native of Argao, Cebu was just too tough to quit via submission.
Rane won his pro debut at 1-0 and is a step closer at winning that $100,000 prize money and a contract at ONE Championship, Asia’s biggest MMA organization.
Meanwhile, Filipinos Jerry Olsim and Dave Bangguigui were victorious in the same card.
Olsim (6-0) of Team Lakay had a unanimous decision win over South Korean Myeong Gu Kim (10-5), while Bangguigui (6-1) stopped Indian Susovan Ghosh (4-4) in the second round. (EKA)
