Realtor shares why 202 Peaklane is 'easy to sell'

CONDO living for Dabawenyos has become the new trend with the mushrooming of condominium developments in the city.

Anchor Land’s 202 Peaklane is one of these developments. It is just a pedestrian lane away from Ateneo de Davao University and Marco Polo Hotel Davao.

Reputed brokers in the region have witnessed the early success of the new project. One of them is Laurice Callao-Soriano, a licensed broker since 2012, whose forte is selling condo units.

Prior to brokerage, she used to work with one of the homegrown real estate companies in the city for a decade. She chose the path of a realtor when she decided to establish her own firm Callao Soriano Realty (CSR) in 2012. Eventually, Callao-Soriano and her husband put up The Real Hub by CSR Associates, which operates as a one-stop destination for real estate concerns, appraisal and legal needs.

Having a profound experience as a realtor in Davao, Callao-Soriano chose to describe her selling experience with 202 Peaklane as an exciting feat.

“202 Peaklane has been very easy to sell because the market sees great potential in the location and in the development itself,” Callao-Soriano said.

Callao-Soriano recalled that most buyers, if not all, who inquired to her about 202 Peaklane put a premium on the location of the project, the brand, the unit offerings and amenities, the pricing, and all that it has to offer.

She believed that all these elements combined are what make 202 Peaklane not difficult to sell. As it is just a pedestrian walk from Ateneo de Davao University and Marco Polo Hotel Davao, the property is a very attractive choice for a wide range of clients -- from parents who wish to send their children to AdDU, to businessmen who wish to make a profitable investment.

“It is the only condominium development in the whole Davao City which offers fully furnished units upon moving in, complete with beds, study and working tables, and built-in cabinets,” Callao-Soriano said. “Everything is there, unlike in other condominiums here in Davao that are turned over to the clients bare.”

202 Peaklane is believed to guarantee maximum convenience as owners can maximize their living spaces because each unit is configured in such a way that it adds ease to their daily routines. Toilet and bath have separate doors so that the occupants can take turns in using them.

What Callao-Soriano also found impressive in the development is the provision for future-ready features. These features are advanced building technologies that escalate the living experience of the residents.

The features include the digital lockset system, which allows the owners to customize the lock patterns and monitor entries to their units through a mobile app, providing enhanced security measures for the clients.

Because of these features, which she did not find in other condominiums in Davao, Callao-Soriano has become more confident in Anchor Land. In fact, she bought her own 202 Peaklane unit.

“I believe in what this company offers the market. When I bought my unit, I plan to turn it into an investment. Perhaps I will have it rented out in the future. 202 Peaklane allows such profitable venture for the unit owners,” Callao-Soriano said

Callao-Soriano added most of the buyers who inquire are young professionals who are interested in modern technologies and design, all of which 202 Peaklane offers. There are also investors who considered to purchase units in the property.

“Instead of setting up a new business from scratch, this one’s a very good investment to pursue,” she said.
