TABUK City is booming with emerging industries.

With an increase of 70,000 tourist arrivals annually, the city has fast become an eco-cultural destination with a thriving hospitality industry.

M Hotel, Tabuk City’s fifth hotel is the newest and the hippest with its relaxing all white exterior and wide range of amenities to cater to all types of events.

It is a quaint boutique style hotel with over 20 rooms, two restaurants, a coffee shop, function halls and KTV rooms.

Tabuk City also offers white water rafting adventure packages in the Chico River as well as farm tourism adventures and the newly launched Naneng village life community tours.

Naneng is the oldest village in Tabuk and is the seat of heritage and culture of the city where weaving the traditional way is still done by women elders.

The village is also the birthplace of the first governor of the province.

Aside from Tinglayan, Kalinga is also promoting the municipality of Pasil for trekking adventures and a taste of slow food.

Tabuk City, Kalinga’s capital is also among one of the highest tourism arrival in the province despite the lack of data as the city houses several hotels in the area.

In 2016, Kalinga ranked second next to Baguio City in tourist arrivals followed by Mt. Province.

Back in the time when Tabuk was not yet a city, Davidson Hotel was the sole establishment to accommodate visitors. Today, there are five hotels in the area with the host of pension homes and resorts as well as home stay areas.
