MATINA Enclaves recently broke ground for their Tower 3 while the units for the four buildings had already been “substantially sold”, project director Gerald Garces said.

Led by the Esdevco Realty Corporation executives and Davao City Vice Mayor Sebastian Duterte, the groundbreaking ceremony was held on June 18, 2019. Together with the ceremony, they have also opened the entrance fronting Tulip Drive.

“The Matina Enclaves development took less than six years to reach this point and we are happy about it. It is a testament that even local developers can do it, too,” Garces said.

He added Tower 3 will have 27 floors with a total of 350 units. The full blast development for the tower will start next month as they are currently starting with the foundation works of the building.

In an earlier interview, Esdevco Realty Corporation Marketing and Communications Officer Yvonne Grace Alvarez said what keeps Matina Enclaves different from other developments in the city is the simplicity and beauty of the interior designs that promote comfortable lifestyle.

Matina Enclaves is a mixed-use condominium community composed of six buildings with each having studio, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units in them.

Most of their buyers are reported to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from Davao City, or foreigners married or associated with Filipinos.
