“Sabi ni Secretary Esperon that Northern Mindanao is the most active and the first to meet,” matud ni Andanar.

"I am very certain that the activation of the Cabinet Officers for Regional Development and Security all over the country, mas makatabang pa gyud nga mapaabot sa atong halangdon nga Presidente ang mga reports sa mga regions,” dugang ni Andanar.

Samtang nibutyag usab si Mylah Faye Aurora Cariño, CESO III, regional director sa Neda-Northern Mindanao nga pinaagi sa Convergence Areas for Peace and Development (CAPDV) madala sa lokal nga lebel ang mga proyekto ug programa.

“Through CAPDV we are bringing together our various stakeholders to implement programs and projects at the local level,” matud usab ni Cariño.

Nasayran nga sa maong panagtagbo giingong tambongan kini nila mismo ni Secretary Hermogenes C. Esperon, Jr., Neda-Northern Mindanao, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of Interior and Local Government, ug uban pang ahensya sa Malaybalay City.
