THE Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals (BCBP) Central Cebu Region held a sports festival on March 16, 23 and 30, 2019.
The Cebu Central, Cebu East, Cebu North and Cebu Northeast chapters of BCBP participated in the event.
Winners were awarded during the BCBP Regional Breakfast Fellowship at the City Sports Club in Cebu Business Park in Cebu City last May 25.
BCBP Central Cebu regional council director Mario Siao said the hosting of the regional sports festival fostered camaraderie and bonding among chapter members.
He further said the sporting event was not all about winning or losing, but the games were about helping their fellow brothers and sisters excel in their games.
“It’s not about who played the best, but it’s about how you played the game fairly,” Siao said.
BCBP is a covenanted community with a vision of bringing Christ into the marketplace and winning the marketplace for Christ.
The group’s mission is living its commitment to Christian values and its members vowed to be agents of change in the marketplace. (S)
