IN HIS first flag raising ceremony as head of Pampanga, Governor Dennis Pineda ordered Capitol employees to strictly implement a "no delay" policy in paperwork, especially when it comes to salaries and benefits.

The newly-installed governor also told employees to observe working hours and to wear proper uniform.

Also, wear your IDs pagpasok ng Capitol. Tandaan ninyo, maraming hindi naka-ID sa inyo. Wear your proper uniform pagpasok ng Kapitolyo. Monday to Friday, dapat nakauniform kayo," Pineda said.

He also mentioned that every employee has the right to voice out their opinion, if there is something wrong in his administration.

He said now that he is the "father" of the province, he will not allow any abuse to reign at the Capitol. For him, to greet and to guide Kapampangans who visit the Capitol offices is a must.

"Please, alam ko hindi ninyo trabaho ito, pero kapag may pumasok sa Kapitolyo, mayaman man 'yan o mahirap, always greet them and guide them kung may pupuntahan silang opisina na hindi nila alam," he said.

For the governor, every employee must have maximum tolerance when it comes to people who ask assistance from their offices.

"Maximum tolerance po tayo sa mga Kapampangan na lumalapit sa atin, please do not fight them, especially inside the Capitol, not here," he said.

Pineda also asked everyone to be a role model to one another, particularly the elected officials and department heads.
