A MAN died in shooting incident in Sigio Pacao, Barangay Bantayan, Kabanakalan City around 4:30 p.m., Sunday, June 30.
The victim was identified as Juanito Yusan, 56, of the same place where the accident happened.
According to the Kabankalan City PNP, while the victim was sitting outside his house, three unidentified persons approached him and immediately shot the victim several times.
The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds on different parts of his body. He was brought to a hospital in Kabankalan City for medical treatment and later transferred to Lorenzo Zayco District Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival by attending physician Dr. Niko Raffols.
The suspects reportedly fled to unknown direction after the incident.
Meanwhile, a motorcycle driver died in road accident along the national highway in Purok Kabatuhan, Barangay Tabunan, Bago City on June 30.
The victim was identified as Razel Beboso, 39 of Prk. Cadena de Amor, Brgy. Abuanan, Bago City.
The victim while driving a motorcycle swerved on the right road shoulder and accidentally bumped the handle of cement compactor.
Due to strong impact, driver was thrown away from his motorcycle and subsequently hit his head on the mango tree. As a result, he sustained fatal injuries that caused his instantaneous death. (TDE)
