Silang John Tubalde, Vingenr Tan, Erneville Vinculado, Majolica Santos ug Christian Cayobit ang mokombati sa Vocal Solo Category.
Karon nang Dominggo, Hulyo 7, ang pre-departure briefing nila samtang sa Hulyo 8 ang Blue Jacket Ceremony ug sa Hulyo 10 diha na sila molupad padung America.
Pila sad ka buwan nilang gipangandaman ang maong Olympic-style international competition nga gihulagway sa Hollywood nga “most invaluable experience of a lifetime.”
Usa sa mga nihatag nila og workshop sa Manila ang award-winning singer nga si Jed Madela, ang unang Pinoy nga nahimong “Grand Champion Performer of the World” sa Wcopa 2005.
Nagtinabangay usab ang mga lokal nga kagamhanan sa ilang pinansyal nga panginahanglan aron mahatagan og katumanan nga mapresentar nila ang Pilipinas sa Wcopa.

Previous Competitions: Tawag ng Tanghalan sa It’s Showtime year 2016 (Daily winner); UCLM singing solo (grand champion 2016); UCLM singing duet (1st runner up 2017).
Purpose in joining Wcopa: To humbly represent my country and to inspire people.
Preparation: Self discipline and practice.
Most difficult part in joining Wcopa: Looking for sponsors.
After this competition what’s your plan: Finish my study and then pursue my singing career.

Formal lesson in music: I have joined choir both in school and in church.
Occupation: I work as a full-time writer-researcher.
Purpose in joining Wcopa: I want to represent the Philippines to the world and bring honor to my countrymen.
Preparation: No cold drinks and sweet food. I also make sure a take a lot of sleep.
Most difficult part in joining Wcopa: I think it’s the fundraising and the training itself but they are all fullfilling.
What inspires you to join the Wcopa: I was influenced by the success story of Jed Madela.

Musical influences: I am a worship leader in our Church.
Formal lesson in music: I have no formal training but I started to sing at 6. I always sing at home especially during weekends. And my only exposure is singing at a wedding and leading worship at church.
Previous Competition: Videoke challenge 2018 (winner).
Occupation: I am working in an accounting office.
Purpose in joining WCOPA: I want to showcase my talent to the world and to inspire others with the talent that God has given me. And of course to see America.
Preparation: I started to do the vocal warm up before singing kay dali rako mapagaw sa una. Karon, naa na gyuy improvement. Di nako dali mapagaw. Thank God.
Most difficult part in joining Wcopa: Ang preparations like, magpa arrange sa songs, sa pagpangitag outfit, unsaon pag make-up. Daku ni nga challenge nako personally. But i will never make these challenges hinder me not to continue. Laban lang gyud!
Kinsay ni-influence nimo moapil sa Wcopa? My friend who happened to be one of the contestants last 2018 in Wcopa.
After the competition what’s your plan? To continue to what God has been calling me to do. And that is to lead the people to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth.
Ultimate dream: To be used by God with my gift and to make Jesus known to the World. To usher people into the presence of God.
