This enviable award is bestowed on a Knight of Rizal or any individual who has performed an outstanding achievement for the country or for the Order. The Order of the Knights of Rizal is the sole order of knighthood in the Philippines, and was created to honor and uphold the ideals of Philippine National Hero, Jose Rizal. Presently, Engracia holds the title “Fourth degree Knight Grand Officer of Rizal.”
