Hino Motors Cebu presents first Hino Night

Hino Motors Cebu celebrated its first Hino Night last June 27 at Oakridge Pavilion as an appreciation night for its devoted customers.

The president and chief executive officer of Pamocor Group of Companies and Hino Motors Cebu, Franklyn Ong, expressed that it was the most fitting time to gather their customers and partners in business as Hino Motors Cebu has been serving the community for around 18 years already. Hino Night was meant to be a social occasion of strong partnership with the presence of its suppliers and partners from banks, financing institutions to insurance companies.

A stronger bond was made that day as the company prepared a whole lot of fun and games as well as prizes and surprises from afternoon to evening. Hino’s long line of trucks and buses from light duty trucks, medium duty trucks to heavy duty trucks and PUV were seen on display inside and outside the venue. Aside from the famous models featured, the company’s partners and suppliers also had their booths set up in the Pavilion for guest inquiries.

The festivities and entertainment continued during the evening party as guests were treated to a scrumptious dinner and welcomed with a colorful dance performance by FA Flow Circle. Singer Bituin Escalante also serenaded the crowd with cover songs and an original. In addition to the thrilling performances from the country’s talents, more exciting prizes were given out through raffle draws and an amazing appreciation discount from Hino Motors Cebu was announced.

An awarding ceremony was also held to honor three of the oldest running Hino vehicles in Cebu. Skylark Company Inc. was awarded second runner-up while the 1990 palletized truck of San Francisco Mayor Aly Arquillano was granted first runner-up; and the grand winner was St. Alphonsus Catholic School’s 1990 Hino bus.

Hino Motors Cebu, being an active player in the community since 2001, plans to do more and play more with the annual celebration of Hino Night as a way to acknowledge its valuable customers and recognize the efforts of its business partners. S
