ORMOC City, Leyte--Liboan ka mga sakop sa Police Regional Office (PRO) 8 gi- random drug test gikan sa Enero 1 hangtod sa Hunyo 30, 2019.
Base sa datos sa PRO8, niabot sa 1,972 ka personnel ang gipaubos sa drug test.
Mokabat sa 1,080 ka personnel ang gikan sa regional headquarters; 763 ang gikan sa mga Drug Enforcement Group; 79 gikan sa National Operational Support Unit ug 50 gikan sa non-uniformed personnel.
Sa mga gipang drug test nga personnel, way bisan usa nga nagpositibo sa paggamit og ilegal nga drugas.
Matod sa Regional Crime Laboratory Office (RCLO) 8, lakip kini sa ilang mandato nga mohimo og surprise ug random drug test sa kapulisan.
“It is a part of the RCLO’s mandate to conduct the said unannounced drug tests to ensure the fitness of the personnel in the service which is in line with the internal cleansing program of the PNP,” matod ni PRO 8 Director Brigadier General Dionardo Carlos. (JKDP)
