USEMINTS, a Davao-based company providing Customer Loyalty and Rewards Program for small business owners, will launch a mobile application on September 5 for easier and faster transactions.
UseMints has almost 200 members composed of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
UseMints general manager L.G. Aba said it is their way of upgrading their system to further help the small businesses in the city to become sustainable and stable.
"We are upgrading. It is a win-win system where everyone will enjoy all the benefits for every purchase from our merchant partners. Those who will buy will get points and even the store where the client will buy or purchase will get points also. Those who will refer a customer will also get points," Aba said, adding that through the mobile app, it will be easier to track their points as a shopper or as a business company.
He said the company has been focusing on building a community of small business owners in the country that supports each other through a shared community of consumers.
"Our main goal is to stabilize small businesses by increasing foot traffic and customer relation through our loyalty and rewards program," he said.
Aside from loyalty and rewards program, UseMints also has monthly merchant's meet-up where merchant partners interact to share their trade practices to other merchants. There are also business consultation, workshops, and trainings.
Also included is the social development program, where the company will help in charitable projects and offer educational assistance for students in entrepreneurship as a way of giving back to the community.
The mobile application launching will also serve as the first gathering of the company's merchants, business advocates, and shoppers dubbed as the Happy All!: UseMints Community at Rophe's Chicken in Buhangin.
Limited tickets are sold for P1,000 each.
