DUE to heavy rain, a landslide occurred in Barangay Tagbao, Cebu City around 2 a.m. Sunday, July 14, 2019.
The downpour softened a hill in the mountain village and a chunk of soil fell, blocking a portion of a road that inconvenienced motorists passing by the area.
Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella and Councilor Philip Zafra (south district) went to Tagbao to help with the clearing operation.
