SIX persons were nabbed while one remain at large during an anti-illegal drug operation at Sitio Tabuc Sapa, Barangay Jaclupan, Talisay City, Monday morning, July 15, 2019.
Members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 7, with the Cebu Provincial Intelligence Branch (CIB) and the Talisay City Police arrested Maica Caparida, subject of the drug bust, including Roldany Lawian, Ruel Mendo, William Randoy, Aljun Randoy, and Virgilio Abella.
While a certain Junil Amamangpang was able to escape arrest.
Operatives also dismantled a suspected drug den in the area.
Recovered from the suspects were 14 sachets of suspected shabu with dangerous drugs board value worth P102,000.
They will face charges for violation of Sections 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, and 15 of Article 2 of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (WBS)
