Bag-ong liga gilusad

ANAA sa 17 ka kolehiyo ang suma pa mosalmot sa Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) Collegiate Sponsors League 2019 nga himuon sunod bulan.

Sa meting tali coaches ug sports directors sa The Royal Mandaya Hotel, Sabado sa gabii, Hulyo 13, si SBP 11 operations head Ronel Leuterio nagsulti nga ang kampeyo sa liga maoy morepresenta sa Davao sa Philippine Collegiate Champions League (PCCL) regional o Mindanao qualifying.

Mga team representatives nga anaa sa meting mao ang Cor Jesu College of Digos, Mats College of Technology, Holy Cross of Sasa, DMMA College of Southern Philippines, San Pedro College, Holy Cross of Davao College, Rizal Memorial Colleges, Brokenshire College, Philippine Women’s College, University of Mindanao (UM) Peñaplata, Asian International School of Aeronautics and Technology, UM Davao, St. John Paul II College of Davao, Agro-Industrial Foundation College of the Philippines, Jose Maria College, Ateneo de Davao University ug Holy Child College of Davao.

Ni Leuterio nga mohimo sila og laing miting aron i-finalize ang detalye sa tim nga mosalmot lakip na isponsors.

“This is a great opportunity to revive collegiate basketball and sustain the teams through the help of their sponsors who can perhaps give players and coaches allowances and provide for their uniforms,” niya pa.

Dugang niya nga inisyatibo kini sa SBP 11 sa pagdumala ni regional director Glenn Escandor.

Samtang si SBP regional commissioner Francis Calatrava, sa iyang parte nagkanayon nga mopadala sila og dugang formal invitations sa mga interesado nga kolehiyo ug unibersidad.
