BAGUIO. Motorists and pedestrians will soon be banned to pass through the Loakan airport once it will be fully rehabilitated and be operated. At the moment, the airport is open for aircraft operation but is in need of major rehabilitation and upgrading for it to be fully operational and be used for commercial purposes also.
