Quota Pampanga has new president

NANNY Garcia took the helm of Quota International Pampanga leadership as its new president, taking after former president Zelinda Vilma Dungo, who had finished a year-long term of office.

Garcia was formally installed in ceremonies on Monday, July 15, at the City Heights Hotel in the City of San Fernando.

Joining her in the roster of officers this year are vice president Charlotte Dizon, secretary Joebee Henson, assistant secretary Carla Espinosa, treasurer Erica de Guzman, assistant treasurer Amelia Woo and auditor Myra Manabat.

Dungo said she is optimistic that Garcia will focus on more development programs for the organization, improved membership and a host of meaningful and sincere socio-civic programs for women and children beneficiaries.

Garcia is expected to make her contribution in a renewed effort to increase the socio-civic programs of Quota Pampanga and to uphold the institutional achievements of her predecessors.

Quotarians are known especially for their service to disadvantaged women and children and deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired people.

Serving and encouraging others, developing friendships, and promoting international understanding are values shared by all Quota members.

Quota International of Pampanga is active in programs for disadvantaged children, bringing donations for the SPED class, among others.
