Casas-Tumuran: Pride Month for DavOr LGBTQs

IT WAS indeed a happy Pride Month to nine gorgeous “reynas” from Davao Oriental as they represent their town’s organization and joined the Reyna ng Sidlakang Dabaw 2019 held at Capitol Grounds on June 29, 2019.

The transgender stunner from Cateel, Exur Pastor Ranoa, is over the moon after she was crowned this year’s Reyna. She also bagged several special awards including Best in Talent, Best in Swimsuit, Best in Evening Gown, Miss Congeniality, Miss Photogenic, and Social Media choice award.

When asked how she intends to use her title to promote her advocacies, she said, “Your existence will be worthless if you have not done anything to humanity.”

Reyna Mati hailed as Reyna ng Gulf Towns, while Reyna Tarragona was crowned as Reyna ng East Coast.

Aside from giving importance to the LGBTQ community and allowing them to showcase their beauty, brains, and personality through a pageant, the Provincial Government of Davao Oriental embraces the true essence of inclusivity.
