THIRD ITERATION. The all-new Kia Forte is back with an upgraded set of features made for those on the go.

True to its tagline “The Power to Surprise,” Kia brings back an underdog with a slick new look and an upgraded set of features.

A compact sedan, the Forte was launched several years ago but was eventually discontinued. Earlier this year, the Forte, now on its third iteration, was re-launched in the country making a strong comeback.

The South Korean automobile manufacturer designed the all-new Forte to complement the modern on the go lifestyle of many young car owners these days.

Once seated, the driver will notice Kia’s attention to detail: clean lines run through the dashboard, the metallic trims add dimension and the turbine-inspired air vents on the sides are a modern touch to this classic vehicle. There’s also a 3.5-inch LCD multi-function display to view the car’s vital statistics when driving and an Electro Chromic Rear View Mirror.

Passengers are spoiled to convenient features such as an eight-inch display audio system and cup holders up front, plus ventilation for second row passengers and a rear center armrest with cup holders in the back.

Aside from the smart key, the Forte is equipped with power mirrors and power seats with lumbar support for easy adjustment and added comfort. There’s also ample legroom and headroom, which means any drive, brief or otherwise, is a comfortable one.

For bulkier items like luggage, it has a 502L trunk, aside from the 60:40 split-folding seats. With a 1.6 L capacity, gasoline engines of the Forte feature Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing (D-CVVT) and the GT variant-exclusive Turbocharged Gasoline Direct Injection (T-GDI). It comes in either six-speed automatic transmission or seven-speed dual clutch transmission.

The Forte is equipped with a solid set of safety features including six airbags, front and rear Parking Distance Warning, Rear Camera Display with Park Guide, Electronic Stability Control, Anti-lock Braking System and Hill-Start Assist Control.

With the strategic use of hot-stamped steel and advanced High-Strength Steel, the Forte has exceptional rigidity, which guarantees enhanced protection for its passengers in the event of a collision. There are three variants of the Forte to choose from: GT, EX and LX. Colors available are Blue Metallic, Snow White Pearl, Aurora Black, Metal Stream, Planet Blue and Temptation Red.
