It seems Police Station 2 of the Cebu City Police Office, which is located at the corner of R.R. Landon St. and Osmeña Blvd., has heard my plea. There are fewer motorcyles parked in front of its doorsteps. I guess it’s a compromise of some sort. But ideally, there shouldn’t be any vehicle blocking the pedestrians’ way because, and I repeat, it is illegal to park on sidewalks.
