I HAVE gone to Eden Nature Park and Resort many times before -- both work and play -- but our recent stay for our second wedding anniversary was definitely one for the books.
We decided bringing Yanna because we didn't want to miss her. It would also help us refrain from worrying about our toddler's activities while we are away. #clingyparents haha!
Our decision was right! We had a quality time. No cellphones, no internet, no work-related stuff -- it was effective.
Honestly, we didn't notice we survived such restrictions because Eden has lots of activities that each guest can enjoy. These are the things that I like most about our stay.
Eden is a child-friendly place
I appreciate that the Vista Restaurant has high-chairs for infants and toddlers. The Vista Playground is also a happy place for kids. Meanwhile, the guided shuttle tour is educational.
Eden is a picture-perfect place
We took advantage of the opportunity to take hundreds of family photos for albums, social media posts, and picture frames. All resort activities and facilities in Eden are picturesque. Just bring a tripod and set a timer to your camera!
Eden has adventure rides
The skyrider or zipline, skycycle, skyswing, and the new skywheel are the adventure rides that thrill-ride enthusiasts must tick off from their bucket list. The rates for each ride are less than P400 only.
Eden is a secured and peaceful place
The cold breeze in Eden entices guests to enjoy a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or tea. It can chill out our system from the stress that a busy city life gives us.
Eden offers good and healthy food
Forget about diet when you are at Eden because you can't resist the buffet in Vista Restaurant. They also grow and serve fresh vegetables for their salads.
If you also plan to spend some quality time in Eden, make sure to plan and book ahead. Don't forget your transportation needs for a more stress-free staycation.
