Chacapna: The ‘flower vase’ superintendent and his “flowers”, part five

WHAT does a man daydream other than that - having this long size all women want? But sometimes, short is the size - a woman needs. But whether long or short, women react and say: size doesn’t matter, performance and quality will. For either ways, it all falls to the conclusion: sizes are tolerable, as long as it fits. But what size am I specifically pointing at?

Gradually coming in are the questions, are public school teachers required to come on Saturdays for school meetings and other relevant activities? How many school principals are requiring teachers to do these? Above all, did Principal Brenda of the mountainous city high threaten her teachers to make explanation letters, anent absences incurred in Saturday meetings?

Before reconciling these questions to the sizes initially mentioned, let us look at the size of the rock, Judas chose when Jesus ordered two rocks to be carried. Not to be disadvantaged when unknown miracles will soon come, Judas chose one pebble and a big rock against two equal sizes chosen by the other disciples. Nearing the Garden of Eden, they rested.

Jesus then said: the rocks you’ve carried will become your balls, for you will multiply and become the bearers and instruments of the divine, where equality and fairness shall be your cause. Again in an ancient language Judas muttered: “Arah!nonta sakey akew, tinafai, niman butik, ekak ebatan shi agi, aliben samet korek ja pan aasel tu, tan ni pilmi et eman sekit ni ekes ko gapu nin ne –aagangak, anshi pay met ni dokto ed shalan, mabedin samet mangan nin osjek ni angdil nu anshi un-unan ni tuo.”

Ascending to their final destination, Jesus brought out from his bag several gems and rocks and said to his disciples: choose among these, the things you will lastly carry. Judas chose the biggest rock in view of another “miracle bread” thing to happen.

On the other side, do you know that one of the shortest Philippine laws is RA 4461 having two sections only? The first says: “Meetings of public school teachers shall henceforth be held during school days, instead of Saturdays and Sundays”. The second one is shorter: “This act shall take effect upon its approval”. So which of these two sections are difficult for principals to comprehend? Do they still need deeper interpretations where the intent and purpose of the lawmakers be exposed? Supporting this RA is Deped order 105 series 2010 which states: a teacher who devotes Saturday for religious activities cannot be force to attend School meetings in that day.

For that reason, if my religion calls me to ignite incense stick and burn it the whole Saturday in front of my ancestor’s remains while doing my laundry, Should I be excused? Religion is a vast dimension as wide as the outer space; no powerful compass can even point a singular meaning.

Going back to the conversation of Superintendent Rico, he asked his flower Sora: How large is this special education fund, I mean the size? Sora replied: I know nothing about sizes base on my experience, but according to what I read: Quezon City collected more than one billion each year.

Furthermore, the same source told me that in Manila, 11 million were spent for food, flower and drinks during graduation ceremonies, so you see there’s a lot of gold waiting to be mined in SEF. So how much would SEF be in our Mountainous city, superintendent Rico further asked?
