Myphone opens 2nd outlet

CONTINUING to strongly make its presence felt in Southern Mindanao, the first Filipino mobile phone brand, Myphone, launched its second outlet in the city, barely a year after the first one opened in 2009.

Opening a new outlet at SM City Davao was brought about by the overwhelming response of the market to the products of the Filipino brand, which ranges from themed phones to dual SIM card models.

"Davao's potential as a business hub is highlighted by the interest being shown by big mobile phone brands that set up shop in the city," Roy Garcia, proprietor of the Myphone outlets in the city, told Sun.Star Davao.

Dubbed as an innovator in the area of phone content, especially with its Pinoy and Ninoy-Cory phones, Myphone sees a fertile ground for their unique and innovative line of phones that cares to reach out for what is truly Pinoy.

"There is a large market to be tapped out there for products that create more value for the customer rather than make huge huge dents on one's budget" Garcia said.

Aside from the two Myphone outlets, Garcia also owns a chain of mobile phone stores, Mobile Networks.

Pioneering on blue ocean approaches through innovative mobile phone content Myphone being truly Pinoy at heart aims to capture a growing share of the mobile phone market in Southern Mindanao and the rest of the country.
