IEE and Cebu Home Builders stayed unbeaten and at the top of the Cebu Architects’ Basketball Club 3rd Corporate Cup last July 28 at the Cebu Port Authority Gym.
IEE worked as a team to beat Boysen Paints, 102-95 and had six players scoring in double digits. The team was led by Montecristo Salavador, who had 23 points, six rebounds, three assists and a steal. Darren Morandante added 17 markers, eight rebounds and seven assists. Sam Parcon scored 19, Alexander Vidal and Mondix Verano added 14 each, while Ryan Rimarri had 11.
Cebu Home Builders kept their perfect run after beating Buildrite, 93-86.
Venur Villamor exploded with 31 points along with 14 rebounds and seven assists. Chad Go added 20, Chester Hinagdanan and Oliver Tan had 13 apiece and Criz Matunog scored 10.
Michael Cinco scored a season high of 42 points along with 18 boards, six assists and a steal for Buildrite. (EKA)
