A MAN was injured after he was stabbed by his friend in Purok Carmensita, Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City Thursday evening, August 1.
Police identified the victim as Julius Tanquion, of Barangay Mandalagan.
Police Major Ruel Culanag, chief of Police Station 3, said that Tanquion was having a drinking session with his friend Johny Campo around 10:20 p.m.
He said a heated argument ensued between the two and Campo took a bladed weapon and attacked the victim and fled.
The victim sustained multiple wounds and was brought to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital.
Culanag said they are still conducting a follow-up operation to arrest the suspect.
