Si Police Col. Gemma Vinluan nisulti sa mga sakop sa media niadtong Biyernes, Agusto 2, nga siya moduso alang sa “Adopt a Police Station” program diin dunay abogado nga magsilbing 24/7 consultant atol sa police operations.
“Actually, I paid a visit to Cebu City Regional Trial Court Executive Judge Macaundas Hadjirasul on Thursday. I just want to intensify the partnership of the police and the judiciary,” matod ni Vinluan.
